What is the Yalp Dashboard?

The Yalp Dashboard is a data-driven platform developed for colleagues, distributors, and customers to demonstrate the real-world impact and proven value of interactive playsets sold over the years.

By leveraging the large volume of data generated through daily use of the playsets, the dashboard transforms raw activity into meaningful insights that answer key questions for both prospective and existing customers.

For new customers, it helps communicate what the systems can do in practice. For existing customers, it supports ongoing engagement through new game suggestions and usage inspiration.

Challenge
The core challenge was to turn complex and extensive usage data into an accessible, intuitive tool that works for multiple audiences with very different needs.

Key challenges included:

  • Making large and complex datasets understandable at a glance
  • Translating raw play activity into meaningful insights and stories
  • Supporting both sales conversations and post-installation engagement
  • Designing a tool that is useful for colleagues, distributors, and end users alike

I led the concept, structure, and design direction of the Yalp Dashboard.

This included:
